The accolade recognises the Group’s unwavering commitment to its people, shared values, and the positive workplace culture cultivated across its hotels. Eden Hotel Collection places a strong focus on ensuring every team member feels valued and empowered to make a difference.

The judges praised Eden Hotel Collection for its “remarkable commitment to nurturing and developing their team through innovative initiatives and a people-first approach,” calling it “a true exemplar of excellence in the hospitality industry.”

The team was delighted to be included among the other finalists and winners, celebrating the individuals and organisations helping to shape the future of hospitality.
