Rigby Technology Investments-backed CloudClevr announces latest strategic investment in 4Sight Communications
CloudClevr a new venture, with majority investment coming from Rigby Technology Investments (RTI), the specialist investment division within Rigby Group, has announced a major investment in 4Sight Communications, a leading business communications specialist based in the south of England. This follows a recent investment in NGC Networks, and will further boost CloudClevr’s geographic coverage, delivering complementary capabilities to the business.
This second strategic investment, is part of CloudClevr’s goal to secure its position as a next generation Managed Services Provider focused on delivering converged Cloud, IT, and Communications services. This investment will allow 4Sight, which continues to be run by founder and MD Simon Turner, to accelerate its strategic plans and realise its growth ambitions.
As with NGC, CloudClevr will be supporting 4Sight with enhanced cloud-based propositions, investment in sales and marketing, as well as supporting the business through shared services to allow 4Sight to concentrate on customer management, sales and technical leadership.
Commenting on the investment, Simon Turner, 4Sight MD said “I’m delighted to have secured this investment. 4Sight has been growing well as a stand-alone business and adding the strength, experience and capabilities of CloudClevr along with the financial backing of Rigby Technology Investments will give us a welcome boost as we look to sustain and increase growth over the coming years. I can’t wait to get working with Steve and the team."
Steve Harris, CEO CloudClevr said “I am pleased to build on the foundation we have established with NGC by adding another strong comms-focused business in 4Sight. Adding complementary geographic and deep technical capabilities was important with this second acquisition. As we build our footprint and invest in other businesses as well as our own software platform, I’m happy to have Simon and his team joining this journey and to help us build the UK’s leading next generation managed services provider.”
